  • Any incident should be reported promptly to PDL 1300 854 838 or Guild Insurance office.
  • You will be advised of any immediate action to be taken.
  • You may be contacted by a PDL Local Advisory Committee member to provide peer support and/or counselling.
  • All claims are confidential and will not be divulged to any other party.
  • It is important to report any incident, as a claim may emerge years later and recalling details to memory may be difficult.
  • Follow the Guidelines if a dispensing error may have occurred.These appear in the PDL 'Guide to Good Dispensing Chart' available from PDL. This guide is included in every PDL annual report.
